  • Open to change. They're not just looking to validate where they are. They can sit with the possibility that how they've been operating isn't how they need to operate next.

  • Willing to do the work. Coaching isn't something done to clients — it's something we do together. They show up, engage between sessions, and try things in real life.

The Arc of an Engagement

Most of my coaching engagements run six to twelve months. Here's the general shape of them — but know that specifics get built around you.

We start by getting clear on where you are, what's at stake, and what success looks like for you. With your permission, I'll also gather perspectives from people around you — your manager, peers, or direct reports — to ground the work in how you're actually landing.

From there, we're into the work. Twice monthly sessions, built around what you're actually navigating. If something's happening at work, we work on that in the context of your broader goals.

At the end, you've made transformational shifts — in how you think, how you decide, how you lead — and you'll keep building from there.
